ADOPT AN ENDANGERED SPECIES FOR EVERY HOLIDAY - Plush Toy Included!

People close to me know how passionate I am about this cause. I have often written stories about a future on earth without any of these amazing and beautiful animals. There are so many endangered species right now that all I can do is bring this to your attention and hope that your contribution will make a difference just like mine has.

I have been supporting Defenders Of Wildlife for some time now. Signing petitions on their site and adopting wolves. Each adoption comes with a lovely plush animal of your choice and an adoption certificate. My daughter was so happy to receive one and her eyes lit up when I explained how important it all is. I even took my children to a Wolf Reserve in Julian, California and paid $75.00 for a private tour. Their gift shop was full of lovely things and there were all sorts of displays of Wildlife photo's to look at.

Disneyland will last forever but these places may completely disappear one day. Think about it. Just think about how much you spend at an amusement park for a family of 4? I think the last time I went to Disneyland I spent about $500 for one day including $100 tickets each for me and the kids, food for the day and toys on the way out. When we went to the Wolfe Reserve in Julian there were two packs there that they were taking care of. One Gray wolf family and a pack of Mexican wolves. The kids were in awe when they saw them so close up and I was happy to be able to do something that helps something that is truly important.

The best thing to do is sign up with Defenders Of Wildlife so you can be part of their campaigns. Also the emails they send will give you opportunities to make a difference by either signing a petition that protects wildlife or to purchase a gift for someone that actually goes towards helping these animals. There are a lot of protection acts for wildlife that are currently being signed and challenged. I feel that everyone needs to be aware of this so that we can do something that may make a difference or helps a particular species. The time is now!!! Please do not wait any longer.

I wrote this story awhile ago to convey a message. Everything I write always has to inspire something or someone or I am not interested in writing. Why waste my time? Why waste anyone else's time? This is the season of "giving" right?!!!!! I know this is a sci-fi story meant to be in the future, but I wanted to take people to another place where animals no longer exist just to show you what will happen if we do not get involved now.

Please think about this every time you need to buy a gift for someone or blow a lot of money at an amusement park. Do you want to live in Disneyland forever?! I don't!!! There are so many holidays to celebrate and give. Do you want your grandchildren to be able to see these animals one day? If we do not do enough, the only place anyone will see these animals are in a book or on the web. I really hope you can pass this along to others and we can make a difference!!!
